Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I came to Big O to get a second opinion on my traction control system. They cleared the codes, gave the vehicle an alignment and I was back on the road same day. Fair price too.

Note: they'll take the first 10 in the morning and got them in during the day or you can make an appointment.

Ok bought sensors in my winter tires and they didn't put them in. Which meant another trip to the shop... I did question it when I went back to get it torqued... so I had to find my paperwork to prove I had paid for it.
