  Was disappointed our waitress spent more time talking to her friends then helping the table.My chicken burger had brown lettuce and was sent back. They asked if I wanted it re made but I wasn't pleased so I said no and they didn't take it off the bill and they only took 15 % off when I didn't even eat it. We had asked for refills on our drinks and never received them. We waited almost an hour for food when it wasn't even busy smaller tables were served way before we were. The service was absolutely terrible. I have previously eaten here before and never received such bad service as I received tonight. I don't recommend or will be returning to this establishment.

  Has potential, just need to work out the new restaurant kinks. Double dipped chicken wings were great as well as the shrimp. Dinner portions were decent and food and service were good. With time should be excellent. Ribs were really really good

  Good food.... very busy & although good waitress, slow food. Parking... not enough. And it's midweek. However, will try again.... perhaps once the novelty wears off to others.

  The atmosphere upon entering was good, and we were greeted promptly and seated efficiently. The kitchen was fast and food had good flavors. That is where it ends for positive. Service was lackadaisical and disinterested at best. Even though we were the only guests in their section we were not attended to right away , and when we were it was so unenthusiastic I forgot that we were the guests and almost apologized for disturbing him. No recommendations and no relating of any specials (if there were any). Quality check was offered half way through the meal as he passed by, and we had to ask for more drinks. Unfortunately, a drink was spilled and as it was full it went everywhere. We had no assistance whatsoever. We went to bar and got cleanup materials, and at no time did the wait staff (who were busy visiting with each other) offer to help. The floor was still a hazard when we left. The drink wasn't refilled but the server offered to sell us another which we declined. Overall, if this is what is being offered as a new open I can't foresee this being a success. The price point is a moderate high and people want to feel they are getting their money's worth. As well, if this is how adults are attended I couldn't imagine what family visits with small children would make out. Wish you all the best, but I will go elsewhere.

  We went in for supper tonight. I ordered a small steak and it was cold, not warm, cold when it arrived. It was to be rare so it should have been on the plate last. The loaded potato was barely warm and I know something was working as the little pot of beans was hot. My friend ordered the small sampler and the only thing that was hot was the pulled pork. I sent my steak back to be heated up, I thought over cooked would at least not take too long and it came back charred. On a good note, our server Maddie was very good. We do not plan to go back anytime soon.
